Jefferson Security Bank Welcomes Back Branner as SVP and Commercial Loan Officer


Shepherdstown, April 28, 2017 - Jefferson Security Bank President and CEO, Cindy A. Kitner, CPA, is pleased to announce the addition of Dustin T. Branner to the bank's lending team. Branner joins JSB as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer and will be located in the Edwin Miller Boulevard office in Martinsburg, WV. Branner will be working with individuals and business customers to ensure they have the products and services needed to meet their commercial, mortgage and personal needs.

Executive Vice President of Lending, Karl J. "Jeff" Keller, stated, "Given Dustin's knowledge, integrity and work ethic, I am extremely pleased to have him back on our lending team. The bank certainly will benefit from his depth of experience and his commitment to his profession and to our customers."

In 2013, Branner moved closer to his family in Harrisonburg, VA and continued his banking career as a commercial relationship manager and investment consultant. He has worked as a commercial banker since returning to Martinsburg where he now resides with his high school sweetheart and wife of 21 years, Laura, and their two children. Their son, Dylan, is a student at Hedgesville High School where he plays varsity football and their daughter, Alexis, is a student at Tuscarora Elementary. They are members of the Fellowship Bible Church where Branner serves as Chairman of the Deacon Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Panhandle Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

Branner received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Maryland University College and has completed many lending trainings, including the RMA-ECU's Commercial Lending School, Commercial Real Estate Lending School at ECU in Greenville, NC, ABA's National Commercial Lending School and Graduate Commercial Lending School at SMU in Dallas, TX as well as various sales trainings. He also previously held numerous financial securities licenses to facilitate the sale and management of investment products including FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and Life & Health. Branner proudly served in the United States Navy from 1996 to 2000.
