Jefferson Security Bank Welcomes Misty Carter as Office Manager

Shepherdstown, W. VA – Jefferson Security Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Misty Carter as the Office Manager of the downtown Shepherdstown location. In this role, Carter is responsible for managing daily operations and promoting excellent customer service through serving and developing relationships with both existing and new customers. Carter joins JSB with over 15 years of local banking experience, serving in many roles including Financial Services Advisor, Retail Loan Officer and Branch Manager.

A resident of Bunker Hill, WV, Misty and her husband, Josh Carter, have two sons; Trevin and Mason. When she is not attending her children’s sporting events, Misty loves volunteering at Briggs Animal Adoption Center.
