Shepherdstown, W. VA – Jefferson Security Bank (the “Bank”) a subsidiary of JSB Financial Inc., is pleased to announce that Jeffrey R. Cross has joined the Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. Cross brings more than a decade of experience in commercial banking, including credit analysis, portfolio management, and relationship development, and will focus on helping local businesses achieve their financial goals through a personalized lending approach.

Cross has extensive experience in commercial real estate and commercial and industrial lending, with a strong track record in structuring complex credit relationships and managing large loan portfolios. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as a Commercial Lender at a regional community bank in Greenville, South Carolina, and previously held a Senior Portfolio Manager role in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He began his career as a Credit Analyst in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Cross is actively involved in the community. He previously served as Treasurer and Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Shepherd University and is based at Jefferson Security Bank’s Main Office in Shepherdstown.
In his spare time, Jeff is a passionate outdoorsman who enjoys fly fishing and bird hunting alongside his English setters.
