Michael Miller

Mike Miller is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer located at our Inwood Branch.  He has been a member of our lending team since January 2025 and has over 37 years of lending experience. 

Mike is passionate about using his long-time experience in lending to help people and businesses achieve their financial goals.  Specializing in commercial loans, Mike finds joy in learning about different businesses in multiple industries and how they operate.  He really enjoys the diversity of working with a variety of loan types from standard loan requests to construction loans and complex credits.  He is proud to serve his community as a member of the JSB lending team.

Mike is a West Virginia University alumnus.  He also attended the Virginia Banker’s School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.  Additionally, he is a graduate of the Top of Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Development Program.  He has served as a board member of various community organizations including Clarke County Help With Housing, the Winchester Parking Authority, the Old Town Development Board in Winchester VA, and the Winchester Parks & Recreation Advisory Board.  Mike has also helped many local nonprofit organizations including the Winchester Rescue Mission, various Chamber of Commerce organizations, and  by serving as a Loaned Executive for the United Way.
